Ronsberg Reunion 2026
Reunion Hopes
As we look ahead to the weekend of July 31–August 2, I’m looking forward to spending meaningful time together as family. Many of us planning to attend are first and second cousins—now somehow the “Elders,” representing the grandfathers and grandmothers who came before us. With Audrey Ness as the lone living Ronsberg grandparent of her generation, I hope this gathering gives us space to honor our roots, share stories, and encourage the generations coming after us to continue the tradition of staying connected.
For those arriving early on Friday, I’d be glad to host a casual evening get-together at our lake home on Otter Tail, or arrange something nearby depending on numbers. Golf can also be coordinated for anyone interested. Saturday will be our main day at Amor Park, beginning with check-in at 9:00 a.m., where we’ll share family fun facts, photos, and memories. The day will include time to visit, a few organized activities, food trucks, shared treats, group photos, and time by the lake. If weather doesn’t cooperate, Zion Lutheran Church will serve as our backup location. On Sunday morning, anyone who wishes is welcome to attend worship at Amor Zion Lutheran Church. My hope is that the weekend allows us to reconnect, reflect on those who organized reunions before us, and continue building memories together.

About
Ole and Marit Ronsberg arrived from Norway in the late 1800s, bringing with them the strength, resilience, and values that have defined our family for generations. Their journey across the Atlantic was one of courage and hope for a better future.
Today, their descendants span the globe, but we remain united by the bonds of family and the proud heritage passed down through the generations. This reunion is our opportunity to honor their memory and celebrate who we are.
